Exchanges and Returns

Due to our high quality standards of production and looking to maintain those standards we don’t offer refunds unless the cases stated below.

 

Exchange Policy

  1. Orders can only be changed within 12 hours after placing your order (if you think you have ordered the wrong item)
  2. If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will exchange your purchased item for another or equal or lesser value, additionally if you prefer to receive a store credit we will give you store credit equal to the value of your full purchase.
  3. Items eligible for exchange must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) once an item has being inspected by a member of our staff an exchange ticket will be issued.
  4. Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. The order can be canceled for free within 12 hours after placing your order.
  2. The order will be deducted 10% re-stocking fee after 12 hours when the unit has been processed.
  3. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Policy

In the case of a product being defective or not in optimal condition due to manufacturing defect or bad shipping and handling or in transit, we will refund 100% of the purchase (Please note we take pictures of the item before is shipped in case of a complaint)

  1. Items returned within 14 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund.

  2. Items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has NOT been cut.
  3. After the return request has been authorized, the wig(s) can be shipped back to the address we will provide. Please send us an email about your order number and returned package number.
  4. Please notice once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.



Eligible Products

  1. In original condition with tags attached (items have not been cut, worn, altered or damaged) and in original packaging.
  2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  3. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from receiving your original order. No returns/exchanges will be processed after 7 days of receipt. A wig hygiene guard must be provided when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the product's eligibility for exchange/return.

How do I initiate an exchanged or refund?

To start an exchange or refund ticket please contact our customer service team at yaffawigsmiami@gmail.com, please provide your name, order number and date of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue, our team will do their best to help you throughout the entire process as your satisfaction is our number one goal.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

If a refund is caused by order cancellation, it will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-6 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

Refund due a factory defect or damaged product during transit a refund will be issued once one our reps has inspected it the item thoroughly, you will be notified via email of the refund. However, it may take 2-6 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
